A Licensed Professional Here to Guide You
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario (CRPO). I hold a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology, a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Life Sciences - Psychology stream, and a postgraduate certificate in Clinical Research. I am also certified in suicide intervention and prevention and have experience as a Crisis Responder.

I am passionate about helping people who are struggling in their everyday lives to recover and regain their mental health. I am here to guide individuals and their families through life’s most complex and difficult matters. Since 2021, I have provided a number of specialized therapeutic services to those dealing with challenging life experiences. This includes those suffering from stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, relationship issues, life issues, and more. To encourage personal growth and resilience, I work collaboratively with clients to help them help themselves. I strongly believe in making people feel safe and supported through empathy and compassion. I trust that this would ease in building rapport with clients which would further allow me to be part of their therapeutic journey.
I truly care about my clients' well-being and guarantee top of the line psychotherapy and counselling services catered to their needs. I use an integrative approach to therapy, which includes components of cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, emotion-focused therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and others. Through a thorough clinical interview, I create a plan with clients that best fits their needs.
Client well-being is my number one priority, and I will go above and beyond to help them through all their obstacles. Get in touch with me today for more information.
